Terms

AgentGuard is provided as a subscription software service. Plan limits, retention, and feature access follow the active subscription. Enterprise terms are defined in the commercial agreement created during onboarding.

Privacy

AgentGuard stores user, tenant, billing, and runtime metadata required to provide the service, enforce policies, operate approvals, and retain audit evidence. SMTP, billing, and webhook credentials are configured through environment-level secrets and are never committed into source code.
